Light is made of photons, massless particles always travelling at the same speed in vacuum...the speed of light of course. Remember the Theory of Special Relativity of Einstein?  Well: take a particle and measure its speed. If this speed is close to that of light be sure that this particle feels a dilatation of time...and when its speed equals that of light its clock get stopped!

Yes, you understand: photons feel no time. They are created somewhere and move freezing their time in another place. Your eyes see light? They are absorbing photons, of course…..you are absorbing particles that ARE in a previous time, not at your time. Have a camera sensor instead of eyes. It absorbs photons like your eyes so it connects figures of light at a previus time with your time, that of your click…….so:

Photography is the art of stopping the time” ….is a sentence   that you can read everywhere.
